
There were times on the 5 Miles of Hell (5MOH) where it was hard. Well, the entire trail was hard, but there were spots where I am not sure WE would have advanced without encouraging one another a bit. The most important thing I can tell you is to take plenty of water and Rehydrate. Trust me, you do not want to be out of water on this trail.
